FAQs

​- Film is being done by NextPro, it was covered in the cost of the tournament. Your Club directors will receive the film after the event. 

 

- The schedule will post on Tourney Machine the week of the event under Autumn Gold Showcase.

​

- Field Maps and Game Rules can be found in the documents section on Tourney Machine.

​

- Teams that fly to the event, you may have a game that ends as late as 4pm on Sunday, so please plan accordingly with your flights.

Refund Policy: A 50% refund will be provided if you have to cancel by September 30th, 2023. There will be no refunds on/after October 1, 2023.
